1. What we collect

To write a portrait, we collect: your questionnaire answers about how the child responds to everyday things and their daily routines, the child's age and sex, and your language preference. We do not ask for, or store, the child's name. If you purchase the full portrait, payment details (card number, billing information) are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

Your answers are used to generate the portrait, which is written with the assistance of AI technology (Anthropic's Claude API). Portraits are stored securely so that a purchased portrait stays accessible to you. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics (such as age ranges of children surveyed) to improve the site.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your answers for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers below, and only as needed to run the site.

4. Service providers

We rely on: Anthropic (AI writing), Supabase (secure data storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing, as Merchant of Record). Each processes data only to provide their function.

5. Data retention and deletion

Portraits are retained so purchasers can revisit them. If you would like a portrait and its associated answers deleted, contact us at help@sensoryportrait.com with your portrait link, and we will delete it.

6. Children's privacy

The questionnaire is completed by adults about a child in their care. We intentionally collect minimal information about the child (age and sex only, no name or photos) and use it solely to write the portrait.

7. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this site is Roader (로더), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Business registration number: 707-50-00595.
