1. What Sensory Portrait is

Sensory Portrait is a digital product: a personalized, written portrait of how a child takes in everyday experience, based on a questionnaire the parent completes. It is a document the parent reads on our site and downloads as a PDF; nothing physical is produced or shipped. It is written with the assistance of AI technology, following frameworks written by someone with twelve years of hands-on work with young children. No service, consultation or appointment is provided at any point.

2. Not medical advice

Sensory Portrait is an informational and reflective tool only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment, and it does not replace an in-person assessment by a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your child's development or health, please consult a pediatrician or other qualified provider. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in a Sensory Portrait portrait.

3. Who may use it

Sensory Portrait is intended for adults (18+) completing the questionnaire about a child in their care. By using the site, you confirm you have the authority to provide information about that child.

4. Purchases

Part of each portrait is shown at no cost. The rest is a one-time digital purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.

5. Your content and this site

You retain rights to the information you submit. You grant us permission to process your questionnaire answers to generate your portrait and operate the site. Each portrait is written individually; because they are AI-assisted, wording will vary between them, and everything here is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access other people's portraits, bypass payment, reverse-engineer the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensory Portrait and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your portrait.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

9. Who operates this site

Sensory Portrait is run by Roader (로더), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Business registration number: 707-50-00595. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this site and appears as the seller on your receipt.
